Types of membership

Become a member of the Czech-Japanese Association and get a number of benefits:

Full membership
Membership in the Czech-Japanese Association for every enthusiast of Japanese culture for 12 months for the full price od 600 CZK.

Reduced membership
We offer a reduced form of membership of CZK 400 to students (after submitting a certificate of study) and seniors (65 years and older), but they will receive the benefits in full.

Active member

An active member is anyone who submits a correctly completed membership application and pays the annual contribution. You are registered as an active member for one year from payment. Such a member is free to take advantage of all the benefits of membership, receives regular information about what is happening in the company and interesting offers that come to us from our partners.
We will inform you about the expiration of the membership fee or it is possible to inquire at the KIS office.

Inactive member

If the annual contribution expires, you will be asked to extend it. If the contribution for the next year is not paid, you become an inactive member. Such a member loses the benefits of membership, but remains in our database and receives regular information about what is happening in the Association or about planned activities.
In case that the membership fee is not paid after the next 12 months, the member will no longer be kept in the database and will lose all the benefits of membership in the CJA.
